Tucker is an 11-month-old Collie/German Shepherd mix weighing about 70 lbs, and he’s looking for an experienced, committed adopter. He will do best as the only pet in the home—no cats and preferably no other dogs. Tucker needs a confident owner familiar with the German Shepherd breed who can provide structure, consistency, and daily exercise. With regular walks and continued training, he has the potential to truly thrive. He is not yet housebroken, so his adopter should be prepared to continue working with him. Tucker would do best in a home with children over the age of 10 due to his energy level and needs. His story is one of resilience—Tucker was found abandoned in the woods of Fouke, Arkansas, alongside his mom and dad. He was the only survivor of his litter.
