🐾 MAPLE - Sweet Dilute Tortie Learning That People Are Pretty Wonderful 🍁 Hello there... my name is Maple, and I'm a beautiful dilute tortie girl with the most unique patchwork coat you've ever seen. Every swirl of color makes me one-of-a-kind! 🎨 My brother Cider and I had a rough start in life. We were born to a feral mama and were surviving by eating scraps from a dumpster behind the local hospital until animal control rescued us. Life with people was very new to us at first... but I've been working hard to learn that humans can actually be pretty great. 💕. I have not been around dogs, or small children, but I do well with other cats. Now that I'm settling in, I've discovered something amazing: pets feel really nice. I'll happily reward gentle pets with lots of loud purrs. I'm still a little head shy and I'm not fully confident about being picked up yet, but if someone holds me with lots of support and patience, I do just fine.
