About Maggie
Lets make it official, apply to adopt! Maggie is a 9-month-old, 45-pound, black lab mix with a lively personality and a heart that's even bigger. She is exactly what you would hope for in a young lab—happy, wiggly, and absolutely brimming with energy. After spending quite a while in the shelter, Maggie is just getting the hang of home life, and she's searching for a family that knows the value of patience and routine. She needs a loving home ready to provide her with structure and gentle guidance as she transitions into her new environment. Maggie is a fun-loving, silly, and joyful companion who loves to make people laugh. She gets along fantastically with other dogs and truly thrives in the company of a playful canine sibling. Not only will this help channel her bouncy enthusiasm, but it will also help her adjust and learn from another furry friend. Keep in mind, Maggie is still learning her manners—she's a work in progress and may indulge her curiosity by exploring countertops for tasty snacks. With ongoing guidance and consistency, Maggie will blossom into the loyal and affectionate companion you’ve always imagined. Her perfect match is an active family ready to embrace her higher energy, committed to her training, and ideally, with a fenced yard for playtime. Another lively playful pup in the home would be the icing on the cake! Maggie is super friendly with both people and dogs, has a fun and goofy spirit, is eager to learn, and is fully vetted and ready to move into her forever home. She’s not looking for perfect—just a family ready to grow alongside her and enjoy years of laughter and love together. Fun fact: with a June 25th birthday, Maggie is a Cancer sun sign, so you can expect her to be devoted and loving to her family. Your new best friend is just one click away.
