Meet Squishy! This handsome boy came to us as a stray. When he first came in, he was bleeding and covered in scabs. He was underweight and clearly neglected by his previous owners. Once he discovered he can be comfortable around staff and volunteers, he opened his heart right up! He has definitely become a favorite at the shelter, and we are so glad he is finally up for adoption. Squishy would love a consistent routine with lots of love and affection. He deserves to understand what a stable, comfortable home feels like. Squishy does have a grade 3 heart murmur. This is something that is not causing issues at the moment but will need to be monitored during vet visits to make sure it doesn't get any worse. Since this guy has been through a lot, he does have very sensitive skin and will have to be on a white fish only diet. I promise once you meet this lovebug, he will steal your heart!
