Faxon is a 5-year-old gentle gentleman looking for his forever home. This talkative and curious boy has plenty to say, especially if he spots you anywhere near the kitchen around mealtime. He enjoys cuddling, exploring his surroundings, and announcing his thoughts with sweet little meows. When he is not chatting with his human, Faxon can often be found fully sprawled out in his favorite lounging position, happily resting or watching the world go by. Faxon is an observant and intelligent cat who likes to keep an eye on what his humans are doing. He enjoys peering out the window and quietly exploring his space. Eating and sleeping are among his favorite pastimes, though he occasionally gets bursts of playful energy that add a little excitement to his otherwise relaxed routine. Faxon currently lives with one human in a 700 square foot apartment and does very well when left home alone. He is a very good boy when unattended and settles easily into a calm environment. Faxon would love a kind and caring human who will appreciate his sweet nature and gentle companionship. He forms loving bonds and simply wants someone who will cherish him as much as he will cherish them. It is believed that Faxon lived as a stray for the first five years of his life before coming to Pet Haven, so the comforts of indoor life are still a wonderful new discovery for him. He may be a little timid for the first few minutes when meeting someone new, but he always chooses love once he feels safe. All cats have received comprehensive veterinary care and tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV unless otherwise stated. Cats are up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered, treated for fleas and/or ear mites, de-wormed, and microchipped.
