Chalupa is a handsome 2-year-old boy who was found near Taco Bell in Passaic last week. Since arriving at the shelter, he has been settling in and beginning to show his sweet personality. Chalupa can be a strong dog and was initially a bit fearful in the shelter environment, but with patience and care from our staff, he has been gaining confidence and learning to trust. Once he feels comfortable, he shows a very affectionate and loyal side.
