Thor needs an experienced Chihuahua person! He is fearful in new situations and with new people and that is shown through barking and charging. He needs a home that doesn't push him and lets him blossom on his own time! He would do best in a quiet home with no children. He is dog friendly, crate trained, and decent on leash.
