Shirley is the more outgoing of a bonded sister pair who start off shy but warm up over time. She’s chatty—full of opinions and always happy to let you know what’s on her mind. Alongside her sister Laverne, Shirley came to the rescue just shy of three months old, and now, at about four months, both have been spayed and are fully vaccinated. Neither is used to other cats or dogs; they aren’t confrontational, but will hunker down and growl if other animals get too close. If another cat passes by, Shirley and her sister tend to mind their own business rather than engage, though some of the other rescue cats like to tease them.
