Meet Papaya 🧡 Papaya is a beautiful little survivor who was found outside and brought into rescue for a second chance at a safe, loving life. She has one eye, and the other eye is shrunken from an old injury, but the vet confirmed she is not in pain and does not need surgery. She gets around just fine and does not let it slow her down. Papaya is still a bit new to human interaction, so she can be skittish and flinchy at first, but she clearly craves affection. Once she realizes she is safe, she leans into pets and purrs loudly, soaking up every bit of love. She’s more of a look don’t touch girl. She gets along great with other cats. She will do best in a patient, gentle home that will let her go at her own pace and show her how wonderful indoor life can be.
