This EXTREMELY friendly boy absolutely loves everyone he meets—people and dogs alike—and greets the world with a happy heart and a wagging tail! Roo would be an amazing fit for a dog-friendly neighborhood and would thrive with a family that enjoys including their dog in social activities. He would also be a fantastic candidate for doggie daycare since he truly enjoys the company of other dogs and has done great meeting pups of all sizes—even as small as an 8-pound puppy! This sweet boy is both potty trained and crate trained, and he’s currently learning to walk nicely on a leash. Like many young dogs, he’s still polishing his leash skills but is eager to please and improving every day. Roo would likely benefit from a basic training class since he doesn’t know many tricks yet and is still learning some manners—like remembering to keep all four paws on the ground when he gets excited to greet people. Roo has a wonderful temperament and has not shown any food, toy, or water aggression toward people or other dogs. He’s also not an escape artist and isn’t a fence jumper, which makes him an easy and trustworthy companion around the home. One of Roo’s funniest quirks is that he knows exactly which vehicles belong to the mail carrier and the Amazon driver. He likes to make sure they know he sees them, so they may get a friendly announcement when they arrive!
