Cecee is a sweet girl who tends to be a little shy when meeting new people, but she warms up with time and patience. She’s nice-natured, responds well to recall, and genuinely enjoys being around people. Cecee is making progress with basic commands and getting the hang of potty training. Since arriving, she’s gained confidence and become more social, shedding much of her initial timidity.
