About Soya
Meet Soya! This quiet, gentle kitten is just starting to discover that human affection isn’t so scary after all. Found with her sisters outside, Soya was wary at first, but has learned that pets, belly rubs, and cozy snuggles are things to look forward to. She tends to be shy with new people and places, but once she feels safe, you’ll find her pressing close, hoping for a gentle hand or a warm lap to settle into. Soya is silly and sweet in equal measure—she likes to plop down right in front of you, all in the hope of a good belly rub or some soft, careful cuddling. Playtime is one of her favorite things, especially when her sister Pinto is involved. The two are tightly bonded, often exploring together or chasing after toys before curling up for a nap side by side. Because of this, Soya and Pinto will need to be adopted together—their friendship brings out the best in both of them. A patient home with no dogs or young children will give these girls space to flourish at their own pace. Soya is looking for someone who understands that trust takes time. In exchange, she’ll offer quiet loyalty and an endless supply of affection once she’s ready. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
