Cory has the biggest heart and the brightest spirit. He's full of joy, loves his daily walks (he strolls nicely on leash like a perfect gentleman), but he's equally content napping the afternoon away on the couch beside you. Low to medium energy, he's the ideal companion for relaxed days at home. He is dog friendly and gets along wonderfully with pups his size or smaller, though he can feel a bit intimidated by larger dogs. Around new people, he might offer a few initial barks if a man is new to him, but there's zero aggression. He does warm up quickly and becomes his affectionate, trusting self. Housebroken and pad-trained, Cory is a tidy little guy. He has some mild separation anxiety, so he does best with a patient person who can crate him comfortably when you're out (he's a good boy in his crate) and is home often to keep him company. An adult-only home (or with responsible teens and up) in a single-family house would be perfect - no apartments or condos, please, so he can enjoy his peaceful, secure environment.
