Phoenix needs a slow introduction to proper family life but once he knows you he'll be your best friend! Coming from a severe hoarding case, he would thrive in a home that had at least one other cat that he could spend time with as he's more used to cats than people! Phoenix is a great cat ready for his (patient) forever family to take him home.
