Handsome Huckleberry He's wonderful with humans of all sizes, loves belly rubs and cuddles, and has never met a stranger. While he can be a little shy at first, it doesn't take long before his loving personality shines through. He's: Quiet in his crate at night Great on a leash Good with other dogs Happy to chew a bone or play with toys (even by himself!) A professional snoozer in any comfy spot He's food and treat motivated and is doing so well learning patience and waiting his turn. Once you're his person, though - that's it. You've got a loyal shadow for life. He will follow you everywhere (yes, even under your feet because he just wants to be close). He loves BIG and bonds deeply. He can have a little anxiety in his crate if you're gone for long stretches during the day, so no blankets (he may shred them). A good bone or a frozen, treat-filled Kong keeps him happy while he waits for his beloved human to come home. He doesn't just want a house - he wants his person. And whoever that is will be so incredibly lucky. **Huckleberry was treated for Heartworms on 4/29 and 4/30.
