<p>I was found by a tourist that was visiting Biloxi MS. The tourist picked me up & gave me to a rescue as I was a little kitten running around in a very busy part of town.</p> <p>The rescue advertised my discovery & unfortunately, no family was discovered to be missing me.</p> <p>So I remained in foster care to be allowed to grow up & be fixed.
