Toby is a cool-looking terrier mix with freckled legs. He is crate trained and house trained. Toby loves to play with the foster’s dogs and he displays his terrier enthusiasm when he plays but he’s also calm, quiet and loyal when called for. He is mature beyond his age. Toby was found abandoned outside a senior center on the coldest day in January. He may need a few minutes to trust his new person/people but he is super loyal and will strongly bond. Because he is a little shy, he might be best with older children who can give him space and not try to kiss him all day.
