One can always be assured of seeing stray cats anywhere you go in Paterson and for those on the front lines of TNR (trapping the feral cats to get them spayed/neutered vaccinated and then returned to their location), they often encounter friendly kittens—kittens that have no place fending for themselves on the dangerous streets. Luckily, FOWA has a foster home willing to take Owen and keep him safe and loved till he finds a home of his own. He was born October 27th and now enjoys life sleeping in a soft bed and exploring all the toys coming his way in his foster home. Owen is neutered, vaccinated, tested and microchipped.
