Luke is a fantastic boy that is very sweet and smart, but he is a fearful boy (skittish). It may be that he lived a "sheltered" live previously and everything is new to him. Luke walks great on a leash, he is house trained and crate trained and he is great with other dogs. He has done well with his previous interactions with cats as well. Although Luke is fearful, he does not bite, he responds well to happy talk and needs reassurance. His response to things he fears is to run away from it, so he will need to be treated as a "flight risk" dog. He is looking for someone to help him with his confidence, learning to be more comfortable with day to day interactions and learn to be the best version of himself. Maybe having another confident (not dominant) dog in the home may help him. He will need a secure fence if is to be off leash. He is a mix of very smart breeds of dogs, so having someone that is knowledgeable about the breeds would be beneficial. *This is an Out Of Town listing.
