Missy is a one-year-old husky-shepherd mix who loves people and has a very sweet, affectionate personality. She's an energetic young dog, as you'd expect from her age and breed, but once she's had some exercise she's happy to settle in for cuddles. In her previous home, Missy didn't get outside as often as she needed, so she's still working on house training and will thrive with a consistent routine. She had never met other dogs before coming to the shelter but quickly decided she loves to play, so she'd be happy to meet potential dog siblings. Missy lived with kids when she was a puppy, though not recently. She's a friendly, loving pup who will do best with an active home ready to give her the exercise, structure, and affection she deserves. Ready to Adopt? You have two options: #1- VISIT IN PERSON Come during our open adoption hours: Tuesday - Saturday,12:30 - 3:00pm. You'll be able to meet available dogs in the shelter.
