Nova is a sweet and gentle lap cat. She is a lovely tortoiseshell who would happily spend all day sitting with someone. Nova is typically a low to mid energy cat, but she loves lights and shadows and will chase them. She will chase something as simple as the reflection from a phone screen for several minutes and a laser pointer for much longer. She also enjoys the small lambchop toys and will bat at the string toys as well. Nova is first and foremost a lap cat. She loves when someone is sitting and watching tv, playing games, reading, etc. She will almost always come sit on your lap and is willing to spend hours there. She also loves being brushed. Nova prefers a quiet house with a good routine. She is ok with other cats but was not particularly bonded with our other cat, and supposedly was around a dog before we got her. She does ok with young kids for a short while but would probably not want them around all day as they are too loud. Nova lives in Beaverton with her family and her rehoming fee is $25. This cat is offered for adoption due to the owner's personal circumstances.
