JAY CEE is a 5 year old female Tabby. Her and her sister's owner passed away. Conditions were not good in the house and they came to us needing most of their teeth taken out and having lung issues. Her sister has passed away, but Jaycee is now happy and healthy. She likes to be pet and likes attention. She is at our Adoption Center.
