Jay Cee is a five-year-old female Tabby who came to the rescue after her previous owner passed away. She and her sister were in rough shape when they arrived; unsafe living conditions had left both of them with severe dental needs and lung issues. Jay Cee needed major dental work, but after plenty of care, she's bounced back. Her sister has since passed, but Jay Cee is happy, healthy, and looking for steady attention.
