Hi, I’m Stella. I’m about 2 years old, and I’m a bit of a shy girl. When I first meet new people, I might hiss or growl a little — but please don’t take it personally. It’s just my way of saying I’m nervous and need a little time to feel safe. Once I get to know you, I’m actually very sweet and friendly. I just need someone patient who will let me warm up at my own pace. My previous owner loved me very much but had to move into a nursing home, so now I’m looking for a new forever family. A quieter home would be perfect for me where I can relax, feel secure, and build trust with my person. If you give me a chance, I promise there’s a gentle, loving kitty under this shy exterior.
