About Carter
Meet Carter, a 16-year-old gentleman with the most soulful, wise eyes you'll ever see. After getting lost from his family, he managed to survive four years on a mountain, and despite everything, Carter remains gentle and loving. He now enjoys life’s simpler pleasures: lounging in a sunbeam, gazing through the window, savoring soft food, and nestling up close for cuddles. He has a sweet bedtime routine—once the sky darkens, he lets out a meow as his way of asking for company and snuggles. Carter’s age hasn’t dulled his spirit; he’s up for some easy play and still cherishes connecting with people. Although he’s living with FIV and hyperthyroidism, Carter just needs a bit of ongoing care and an adopter who’ll stay on top of his medications. In return, he offers absolute loyalty, affection, and the soft steadiness of a cat who’s seen tough times and still purrs with gratitude. Carter is ready for a stable home and someone to love him for all the sweet, gentle moments ahead. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
