Meet Roo Roo is a 1-year-old Rottweiler mix whose life didn’t start out the way it should have. After experiencing neglect, she was abandoned when her owner learned Animal Control was investigating. Thankfully, Roo is now safe and getting the care she deserves. Since arriving, Roo has been blossoming more every day. She’s gaining healthy weight, building confidence, and showing off one of her most adorable traits — she grins when she’s happy! Roo can still be a little shy at first, but with gentle encouragement and patience, her sweet personality shines through.
