About Copper

Copper is a young hound/shepherd mix, about 4–5 months old, with a bicolor short coat and the kind of face you want to scratch behind the ears. He's already crate trained and is still working on getting the hang of potty training. This easygoing pup is happy to join you on a hike or crash on the couch, depending on the mood. He gets along well with other dogs and he's shown a tendency to be the more submissive one in the group. Copper hasn’t been tested with cats yet, but he has spent time with kids ages 10 and up and done just fine. He’s looking for a family to help him keep learning, and who doesn’t mind a little puppy energy and a whole lot of affection. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
