About Mardi Gras

What are you waiting for? Apply today! At first glance, Mardi Gras might appear shy, but this gentle boy loves affection and will reward a patient adopter with long, happy purrs once he feels safe. Despite a physical handicap that affects his rear hips and may eventually require surgery, Mardi Gras is full of determination and enthusiasm—he enjoys wrestling with his brothers and is often the first to jump onto the cat treadmill for some fun exercise. He's quick to adapt, climbing cat trees and appreciating a little assistance with higher spots. Born in foster care after his mother was rescued, Mardi Gras is incredibly sweet-natured and adores the company of other cats, especially his siblings.
