**Location - Hudson Valley/Orange County/Catskill Region, NY** Urgent Foster needed for Chong - Chong is still in boarding. He is safe and being well cared for - but boarding costs $45 a day and while RTHR is absolutely committed to him, this simply isnt sustainable long term or fair to Chong. What Chong really needs is a home! And the truth is....he's doing incredibly well. The staff at the boarding facility adore him. He settles in beautifully and keeps himself busy with his Kongs and Nylabones and has been an absolute gentleman with the ladies there. He gets along with dogs and cats and has even been participating in scent work games putting his brain to work and building confidence. He has spent time at his trainers home and did fantastic with her dogs and cats. Chong needs someone willing to continue the structure and consistency he's already thriving with and work alongside his trainer. Unfortunately, his trainer is located in the NY region above which is whywe need to find a specific foster for him in that region. We promise if you open your heart and home to Chong you will not be sorry, this boy is every bit worth it.
