Carter is a roughly 5-month-old Pit Bull Terrier mix who has already mastered the art of stealing hearts. This sweet little guy is energetic, playful, and absolutely loves romping around with his foster brother, Benito—so much that he’ll run until he’s completely tuckered out and ready for a well-earned nap. True to his affectionate nature, Carter is a total "Velcro dog" who believes he’s a lap dog! He loves climbing up his foster parents’ legs to be picked up and carried like a baby.
