Meet Max, a 1-year-old, 50-pound husky with movie-star looks, Olympic-level floof, and the personality of a golden retriever who accidentally downloaded the husky operating system. Max came to PRM after being surrendered due to allergies, and he’s now accepting applications for a new forever home where he can continue being a very sweet boy with suspiciously good manners for a husky. First things first: Max is dangerously handsome. Like, “random strangers will stop mid-sentence to stare at him” handsome. Like “are we sure this isn’t a Disney wolf that accidentally wandered into New Jersey?” handsome. He is incredibly sweet, friendly, and great with other dogs. If another dog is willing to play, Max is already halfway across the yard initiating Operation Zoomie Olympics, running, wrestling, and bouncing around like a fluffy pinball with legs. Unlike many huskies, Max is actually pretty quiet. No barking, no howling—just silent observation. He mostly sits there looking majestic while clearly plotting either his next playful move or judging your life choices. Max is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines. All he needs now is a home ready for a sweet, playful, dangerously handsome floof.
