Dr. Pepper Jr. spent the first couple months of his life living in crawlspace in a parking lot. He was just young enough to go into a foster to enable him to become more social. He warmed up and learned to feel safe around humans quickly. He loves to play and cuddle. His foster mom says he is very chatty and is looking for his forever family where he can tell stories about his past life.
