Haynes is a very young puppy that was found in an apartment complex running around, dodging cars, and looking for safety. Fortunately, a kind "apartment dweller" saw him and came to his rescue. She took him inside and tried to decide what to do with him. She knew she couldn't have a puppy so she decided to bring him to the shelter.
