Meet Beaux! Beaux is a sweet, affectionate boy who loves nothing more than being near his people. Whether he’s cuddling on the couch or simply laying at your feet, he’s happiest when he’s part of the moment. The Basics     •    Crate trained     •    Place trained     •    Fully potty trained     •    No resource guarding Beaux is incredibly respectful with food and toys. He waits for permission before eating and will happily drop toys or even high-value chews if asked. Easygoing Grooming Bath time? No problem. Nail trims, paw cleaning, and ear cleaning are all things Beaux handles like a champ. Around the Home Beaux is calm and well-mannered indoors. He understands boundaries and is comfortable settling into his “place” when asked. He also isn’t bothered by everyday things like vacuums, umbrellas, bikes, or scooters. What He’s Still Learning Like many dogs, Beaux is still building confidence in a few situations:     •    People approaching him directly (stranger danger)     •    Busy hallways and elevators     •    Narrow spaces where people suddenly appear With patient guidance and continued training, he’s continuing to improve. Beaux would do best in:     •    A multi-person household (not a single-person home)     •    An active couple or family with a car     •    A home without small children     •    A family where he isn’t left alone for very long days He’s a companion dog at heart and truly loves being near his people. What Beaux Loves.. Beaux is a nature lover. Sunshine, fresh air, and all the outdoor smells make him incredibly happy. He loves lounging on cool floors and enjoying the breeze. He’s also very curious about water and may turn out to be a big fan of splashing around.
