Simon is a handsome cocoa-colored, long-haired cat with Siamese-style points and an adorable bobtail. Simon lived outdoors for a period of time but transitioned to foster care and indoor life in January 2026 and loves being near his people—and he especially loves lap time. Estimated to be 5–10 years old, Simon is FIV positive and has stomatitis (mouth inflammation), so he must be an indoor-only cat and should live in a 1-cat household or with other FIV-positive cats. Due to his sensitive mouth, he eats wet food, not dry food, and takes a daily immune-support supplement sprinkled in his food (about $17/month). Simon is now a quiet companion with gentle curiosity, who enjoys sitting peacefully nearby, on your lap, or curling up next to you on a sofa. He sometimes gets close to request pets on his head and back and sometimes enjoys a gentle brushing. Simon will need an adopter who wants to care for a special needs cat.
