Ted is a big-hearted Rottie with an even bigger personality. When he first arrived at the shelter, he was extremely fearful and unsure of people, but with time and patience, heâ€ÂTMs blossomed into the sweetest boy. Ted truly believes heâ€ÂTMs a lap dog and loves to soak up affection from those he trusts. His favorite things in the world are soft stuffed toys, which he proudly carries around, and tasty treats, which make him highly motivated to learn. Ted would do best in a structured home familiar with his breed and their needs, as heâ€ÂTMs still working on his training. Heâ€ÂTMs been great with other dogs, happily playing with those who want to engage and peacefully coexisting with those who prefer their space.Because he can be nervous with new individuals, Ted is part of our “Build the Bond” program and is currently available by appointment only with specific staff members.
