Arriving March 21, 2026 Harlow and his siblings were found with no food, water or shelter. Harlow is a happy, energetic boy looking for a family that will give him the love, attention, and adventure he deserves. He's always ready for a new escapade and will bring joy to his new family. When first meeting new adults he can be a bit shy, but quickly warms up and wants to be your closest friend. He has enjoyed the company of a 16 year old. Harlow enjoys playing with other dogs. He is fine with cats, but does like to bark and chase -- never harms them.
