Hi, I'm Phoebe! I am a very sweet girl, but can be shy of new people at first. I love playing ball, getting scratches, and being with my people. Fast movements tend to scare me, so my new home needs to be patient and understanding with me as I adjust. I tend to not like female dogs, but have done well with males. An important note is that I am severely obese and am a strict diet. Right now I'm 91lbs, but need to weigh 60-65lbs.
