Everyone knows there’s something special waiting at the end of the rainbow… and for us, that treasure is Scrappy! 🌈 Scrappy is a 1-year-old American Bulldog who’s hoping a little St. Patrick’s Day luck will bring him the fresh start he deserves. This fun-loving guy is full of energy, excitement, and personality! He’s the kind of pup who’s always ready for an adventure, a game, or just some time to soak up attention from his people. From what we understand, Scrappy previously lived in a home with children and another dog, but unfortunately he spent most of his time locked in a crate. When he did get out, he was labeled as “destructive.” Here at the shelter, though, we’ve seen a completely different side of him — Scrappy has not shown destructive behavior and has been a happy, playful boy who just wants to interact with the world around him. Scrappy was also evaluated by our wonderful friends at Good Dog Workshop LLC, and they gave him a glowing review! With the right structure, enrichment, and exercise, Scrappy is ready to prove he can be the very best boy. What Scrappy really needs is a home that will set him up for success — one that understands that young, energetic dogs need guidance, activity, and patience.
