Pizookie's Doggie Day Out 2/28/26: We spent time at restaurants, outdoor patios where children would often walk past or we’re playing. She had no reaction towards the kids except from Time to Time standing up and wagging her tail. She looked like she was interested in playing but not affected when they were screaming or running about. She is definitely a lapdog! Her favourite place to be was sitting calmly in the back of my car enjoying the ride or sitting on my lap on restaurant patios. I gladly let her sit across my lap a couple of times, but she was also happy to sit on the floor and just watch people walking by. I had no behavioural concerns or negative comments to make about her! At one point, another dog came around the corner very abruptly in an area we were not expecting and she wagged her tail and barked to play but settled down pretty quickly. We spent our day cruising around Sacramento and she joined me for work appointments at different restaurants. We would drive in the car for about 15 minutes. Stop at a restaurant where I would have a chat with the ownership and sit on the outdoor patio for around 45 minutes. She was calm and easily brought to each of the appointments when we jumped out of the car she is very strong so she was excited to go and would take someone with some patience to train her to get out of the car calmly or is very strong and handling a leash. Once we got walking, we had no issues and she Delightedly pranced alongside me to each of my appointments. Pizookie's adoption fee has been paid for with a donation from Tim Pantle
