About Cayenne

Cayenne is currently at PetSmart Hurst, settling in and hoping to find his new family. Born with Cerebellar Hypoplasia—sometimes called 'wobbly cat syndrome'—Cayenne is a bit unsteady on his feet, but it doesn’t affect his health or spirit. His wobbly walk and determined little climbs are genuinely charming, and he carries himself with endless heart. He still loves playtime and—when he’s ready—melts into cuddles, nuzzling up and purring full-throttle. Cayenne is sweet, deeply affectionate, and bonds strongly with his people. He’ll thrive in a home that’s set up with cushioned flooring and safe spaces, just a few small adjustments to help him feel his best. He’s house-trained, uses his litter box well, and just needs a bit of patience if some scatter happens now and then. Cayenne gets along well with other cats and will do best with a little extra care to keep him safe from high places. This truly unique companion brings warmth and joy wherever he goes, making home feel softer and more alive. Cayenne was born July 1, 2021, which makes him a Cancer—no wonder he’s so loving.
