Buddy is very active and loves playing with his toys, he will even retrieve them for you. He knows the commands come, sit and lay down. A large, fenced yard and/or a very active person would be the best fit for him. Buddy has long thick hair which will need brushing and occasional grooming. He is 3 years old, weighs 60# is house trained and would be ok with older children. (teens) He does not care for small dogs or cats. Buddy is neutered, current on vaccines, micro chipped and heart worm negative. His adoption fee is $150+tax. If you are interested in meeting/adopting Buddy please submit a dog application on our website www.hspcwi.org. The approved adopter will be contacted within three business days for an appointment to meet him. If all goes well Buddy can go home the same day. All dog adoptions come with a leash, collar, toys and 3 days of food. The adopter is given copies of all medical records. If the adopter is a resident of Portage County a dog license will be issued at the time of adoption.
