Rikkie is slowing adjusting to being in our Free roam Cat room. Certainly it is understandable this senior kitty will need time to adjust as she’s spent 10 years - since she was a kitten - with her family but they are moving and so she came to us. When she feels comfortable with humans, she loves to be with them and get all the pets she can. Patience and love are what she needs from anyone who adopts this pretty dilute tortie ( which means she has a soft, pastel coat of gray and creams, instead of the usual black & orange of a tortoiseshell cat.) As she lived with another cat, maybe her sibling, for 10 years, going home to share a home with another cat might be possible as long as the adopter follows the proper slow-intro process. Rikkie’s adoption fee of $50 includes spaying/neutering, age-appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FELV, microchipping, and a complimentary wellness visit at Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital.
