Maya's story began on a rainy day in a shopping center parking lot, where she was found in a brown box with her three beautiful kittens. A kind sanitation worker noticed her and called for help, giving Maya and her babies the chance for a new life. Maya turned out to be an incredible mother—gentle, protective, and so grateful to be safe. She raised her kittens with so much love and care. Now Maya enjoys the good life she deserves. She is as sweet as can be, loves her wet food, and still has a playful side that shines through during playtime.
