Meet Lily, a little firecracker looking for her perfect match! At around 8 months old, she's a 20-lb Heeler mix with all the classic traits that make Heelers special, packed into a petite package. Don’t underestimate her size; this girl has a big personality and an even bigger heart. Lily is not for the faint of heart. She needs an experienced owner who understands her natural drive and intelligence. With the right person or couple, she will become an absolutely incredible companion. She's highly food motivated, which makes her an excellent candidate for training; whether it's agility, trick training, or advanced obedience, she will thrive when her brain is engaged. Lily would do best in a home without young children and with someone who can work from home, providing the guidance and structure she needs. She enjoys being around other dogs, but it’s not a requirement as long as she has regular play opportunities. While she is crate trained, Lily prefers not to be crated while people are home. She is almost fully potty trained, utilizing pee pads indoors for now—consistent routine will get her completely there soon. Despite her energy, Lily loves to snuggle up in bed with her people after a good day of play. She can settle quietly, napping or engaging with enrichment toys like Benebones. With the right home, structure, and continued training, she’ll be a loyal and fun companion.
