About Gravy
They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply? Meet Gravy, an 80lb bundle of happiness! He's a goofy, playful, and affectionate guy who does wonderfully with cats and, with supervised introductions, other dogs that match his energy. Gravy has flourished in his busy foster home, becoming confident, adaptable, and delightfully social as long as introductions are handled thoughtfully. Food-motivated yet polite, he even allows resident cats to sneak bites from his bowl occasionally. Gravy especially enjoys the company of women but is happy to charm anyone he meets. He has a gentle demeanor, impressive leash manners, is housebroken and crate trained, and knows a range of tricks—paw, sit, lay down, and more. This polite gentleman is ready to be a loyal best friend! Gravy is seeking a loving home with patient people who will advocate politely for his need for respectful introductions to new friends (human and animal). The ideal environment includes older children, plenty of one-on-one attention, endless games of fetch (he loves sticks!), chest rubs, and lots of time spent together. Born March 10, Gravy’s a Pisces—gentle, loyal, and loving at heart! Start your journey together! Apply now.

Questions about Gravy
What type of living environment is this breed usually best suited for?
Labrador Retrievers and similar mixed breeds thrive in homes with active families where they get plenty of companionship. They do well in both suburban and rural environments that offer space to play and explore.
How much outdoor space does this breed typically need?
A Labrador Retriever mix generally enjoys a yard to run and play but can do well in homes without a fenced yard as long as daily walks and activities are provided. Regular outdoor time is important for their physical and mental health.
Is this breed typically suitable for homes with children?
Labrador Retrievers are famously gentle and tolerant, making them excellent family dogs. They generally do very well with children, especially when socialized from a young age.
