Cookie Possum is an 11-month-old Schnauzer/mixed breed weighing 9.1 lbs, and she is proof that good things come in small, slightly scruffy packages. She came to us as a stray who was found at a gas station, arriving very skinny and matted, but once she realized she was safe (and that food was involved), her true personality burst out-and wow, is it a fun one. This girl is VERY energetic and playful. Think zoomies, bouncy hops, toy-tossing, and happy spins just because she's excited to be alive. Cookie Possum loves to play with other dogs, does great with cats, and absolutely adores people. If you're moving, she's involved. If you sit down, she's climbing into your lap. If you open a snack... well, she's already there. Food is her greatest passion in life (besides love), and she's highly motivated by treats-making her a fun little candidate for training, games, and enrichment. She's curious, spunky, and always ready for her next adventure, whether that's a walk, playtime, or a cuddle break before more playtime. Despite her rough start, Cookie Possum is nothing but joy, sweetness, and resilience. She's ready for a home that will keep up with her playful energy, shower her with affection, and make sure she never misses another meal again. Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with a CAMO representative to set up a meet and greet. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs.
