ADOPTABLE Meet Dr. Phil 8 years old Male DMH Dr. Phil is a sweet boy who wandered the downtown area for years with out a permanent place to call home. Once he trusts you he enjoys ear and head scratches. He seems to be most comfortable in the outdoor area of our Catio. He is settling in but still very shy and scared in his new environment. The adoption fee for cats is $50. Adoptions include vaccines, microchipping and spay/neuter.
