When Casper came to the shelter on February 4th, he was in urgent need of medical care for an injury to his right front leg. Now his leg is healing up well, and as he continues to feel better each day, he is showing off his bright personality more and more. Casper is a wonderful, and smart boy who has powered through all the challenges life has given him in his 14 months of living. He loves to play with his toys and is always eager to snuggle up to new people. He has been waiting patiently, watching as people pass by him, hoping each time they will give him his turn to be adopted. All he needs now is someone to come choose him.
