Anemone is a 1 year and 9 month old female Torbie with a short, torbie-patterned coat. She is spayed, house trained, and her vaccinations are up to date. Currently located in Warwick, NY, Anemone brings a sweet presence and a gentle spirit thanks to her time growing up in the shelter. She is known for being affectionate and friendly, and her soft nature would be a wonderful fit for a calm household.

About Anemone

Anemone came to the shelter with her semi-feral mother and five siblings. Her mother eventually relaxed enough to be adopted, and Anemone stands out as one of the friendliest in her litter. Though initially shy, she truly blooms when given gentle attention—she enjoys getting petted and will happily engage in play with people she trusts. Her nature is sweet and gentle, and she seems to do well with other cats, making her a great fit for a home that already has feline companions. Anemone should be fine around respectful young children, though probably not infants. Since she has spent her entire life in the shelter, she will need a little patience and understanding while she gets used to home life. Give her some time and a calm environment, and you will have a lovely, affectionate companion. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
