Cecil is a shy guy who came to us as a stray with his brother Ellison. They were abandoned on the side of the road in a rubbermaid tote and a concerned citizen brought them in to the police department. Cecil is very scared in new surroundings and he hasn't gotten up the courage to come up and ask for pets but if you reach in and pet him he will rub into your hand and start purring. He is looking for a quiet and calm home where he can blossom into a nice cuddly cat.
